Attunement: Sound body, Mind & Spirit - Where creativity, transformation, and meditation meet.
In this workshop, we will circulate our richly contemplative as well as expressive dimensions so that we can tune and fine-tune our wholeness: body, mind & spirit.
Friday evening (6pm-8pm), we begin by opening the body, breath & resonance with movement, writing reflections (guided prompts as well as open journaling), and song. We will finish the evening with Osho DevaVani Meditation.
Saturday (10am-5pm), we continue deepening creative attunement connection of awareness & expression with a Meditation Cycle, and dive further into our writing, reflection, sharing, and song! Our gathering will include inquiry, sharing & feedback, vocal coaching,…
