About the Event
A three-day Mantra and Meditation retreat based on simple, authentic techniques: working gracefully on different vibrations, from the body to the most subtle - through music from India, Asana, Pranayam, Meditations, relaxation and other powerful tools including Live Mantras and Live Kirtans; as well as messages from the masters from India... leading to the way to discover our true essence, which is Ananda, the Bliss.
Manish Vyas has been learning and teaching music and meditation for more than 25 years, which he learnt throughout his life with different maestros in India. His Album "Shivoham" was also nominated for 57th Annual Grammy Awards.
